On July 25th, I am inviting 15 people into my home to learn, laugh and discuss creativity in the life of a photographer. Cost is $750 per person. The class will take place in my living room, which means you will be lucky enough to meet my lovely wife Destiny and kiddos Avery, River and Roman. I am going to welcome you into my living room, so let’s just be real. I’ve never been a “talk about the weather” kind of guy, I hate pretense, and if you ask anyone who has met me, you get to know the real me very quickly. This is exactly the way I approach teaching as well. No holds barred, complete transparency. I am going to discuss everything including my journey to becoming a photographer, and how that journey directly impacts my creativity to this day. I am a believer that everyone is on their own journey, and no two paths look alike, but I have found in the numerous opportunities I have had to share my story, that everyone relates to something specific, most times very strongly. If you are interested, or would like to reserve your spot, please use the contact form on the top of the page and mention the July 25th class in the message, and I will contact you straight away.

Good bye Poser. Hello Erik Clausen

This is an exciting day for me. And a scary one. As is the case with most great days.

Today marks the day that I officially rebranded from Poser:Image to Erik Clausen. I was ready for a change. Many people talk about being afraid of change, but I feel that one of the central components of an artist, or a creative is the love of change, or at least newness. I am proud to put my name on my work for the first time.
