San Francisco weddings. destination weddings. portraits. lifestyle.

I don’t usually write much on blog posts anymore, but the combination of Brush Creek Ranch, Beno and Alexi and my brother Otto was too much. Too much beauty, too much kindness, too much appreciation. And that goes for all of them. Brush Creek is just an incredible venue with the friendliest, most accommodating staff…

good god mr. clausen. these are just top notch. she is such a gorgeous bride.
Wonderful.
Beautiful!
Erik, I can feel the wooden walls and taste the kicked up dust, to some these are small insignificant details, but viewed here as an important part of the story. Those details, you (and Otto) capture are so important when showcasing the art of each venue and couple. I know your clients choose you guys so that they can appreciate the day years from now using all of their senses. Well done… a true fan.
forget weddings. forget portraits. forget landscapes.
this is some of the most beautiful photography ive ever seen erik. awesome, awesome stuff

Daniel, What a wonderful compliment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart :)
I’ve just discovered your work via web searching for inspiration. I saw you and have gone no further. Capturing the heart is my desire. I see the soul in your work.

your kids are getting big, and your daughter is gorgeous! glad you had a good time in Destin!
Yeah, they’re all getting big, and I’m doing my best to keep up ;)
Erik, this looks phenomenal! Love the family photo & the one of Destiny holding Nomes. Hope you plan on printing several of these…they’d look amazing with your pre-existing pieces.
Family is one of nature’s masterpieces – beautiful photos sir.
Can I ask you a stupid question that has nothing to do with your outstanding imagery: Are you Danish? (For sure your name is Danish…doesn’t get more Danish than that! :-)
You betcha I am! Most people think it’s German, nice catch :)
I’m from Denmark myself so it wasn’t too hard. :-)
Love your photography!
Nice work :)
