This shot is sooo amazing. There’s something so natural and beautiful about it. I love it.
So very excited for this full post. I always look forward to new poser weddings.
simple, beautiful decisive moment great shot

Jesse and Rachel are friends of mine. Â First and foremost. I absolutely love these guys. Â We met when they inquired about my shooting their wedding, and when they came in for a consultation, the meeting lasted about 2 hours. Â I’m pretty sure we talked about the wedding for maybe 15 minutes. Â We just hit it…

me again.
i love
1.) that they are the most stylish bride/groom i’ve ever seen
2.) that HE’S the one wearing blue shoes
3.) that they’ve completely centred their marriage on service (at our wedding, we sang “will you let me be your servant?”)
4.) the photos- as always. you’re an inspiration.
TOTALLY AWESOME! I love so many of them! So inspiring!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE them! They are perfect! Thank you.
Wow these pics are awesome! Congrats Jesse and Rachel!
The pictures show how happy and great the day was! you two look right on!
oh wow! this was so perfect…it really captures how special that day was for Jesse & Rach and their friends and family. I agree with Erik – I totally lost it when they washed each other’s feet also! It was a very meaningful wedding ceremony and a blast of a reception! Love these!
These are phenomenal pictures. Every one of them.
Doooood, you killed this gig. High fives!
the only problem i have with these is that we have no more room in our house to display them, from all the other shoots…so sick (the pictures)
Amazing!
These are really great!! My 2 favs are the one of Jesse & Rach on the passenger side of the Caddy and the one of us scrambling around the church!!
these are awesome! I love them. Their wedding looks like it was amazing – what a great couple!
INCREDIBLE… I can’t think of a greater word… I don’t think there is.
I love that your photos tell a story. Amazingly beautiful. Great work.
you blow minds. this collection got me all excited to shoot my next wedding. i’d like to thank you for that.
Your ability to capture the spirit of these individuals as they become can only be attributed to God’s willingness to bless your life with this most amazing skill and interpretation. Each one of these is well worth waiting for – can’t wait to see them all. Thanks Erik for following your heart and your God.
Whoa! Does it take you a week to blog?! So many photos in one post and all amazing. If you have found a way to speed up blogging- please share! Wow.
You sure know how to rock a wedding! Always spectacular!!!
What a cool wedding! Gorgeous as always.
Seriously, I can’t get over how amazing these images are. I am totally blown away each time I look at them, and I find different elements that I remember about the day, how I felt when I washed Jesse’s feet and when we worshiped to “The More I Seek You,” to us laughing during dancing to “Shave Yo’ Legs” or celebrating with friends and family. You captured everything in such a way that each picture emits emotion and tells a story….they truly are the perfect images for us. Thank you.
you are such a gifted storyteller. every image is so beautiful and they all work together perfectly to tell a beautiful and unique story. I love the feet washing ritual. And the two little boys carrying the trucks down the aisle may just be the sweetest ceremony shot I’ve seen in a while.
jesse, there is that one wall in the guest bedroom. :)
you guys are awesome, we are blessed to call you guys friends.
my favorite image is the black and white in the car, gorgeous profile of rach, and very similar to the sneak peak.. hopelessly into each other
The pictures represent the fantastic, spritual weekend that will live in our hearts forever!
saying i love all these images would be an understatement. there was something special about their day, and you captured every piece of it perfectly. thank you for sharing these. i needed to see this. thank you.
Incredible. You are very talented. Looks like a fabulous time was had!
dude. you brought it. the end.
wow. way to tell the story.
Beautiful work. Excellent combination of great moments and stunning portraiture.
wow, is the only word that comes to mind. whenever reading your intro my mouth dropped at reading the feet washing part. i love it. so amazing and meaningful!
These are brilliant, peachy, and far out.
I’m totally in love with your images!
AWESOME work!
Your work is positively flawless.
I had a lot of favorites (Your reception lighting is just fantastic! Are you turning your camera and have a low shutter speed). But the ones that brought tears to my eyes are of them washing each other’s feet during the ceremony. What a holy moment. I will include that in my wedding, one day. God is good.

Wow! You did an amazing job capturing the spirit of their day. I’m a bit biased about the colors…because they are my biz colors… but I LOVE THEM!! haha
Way to rock out the last few shots with off-cam light and that yummy car. :)
friggin awesome!! I love the whole set… beautiful coverage of the whole day!!! seriously great!
I would love to feature this wedding on our Real Brides section of our website. Email me back if you are interested and you think the bride would be interested as well.
I LOVE the bride’s necklace…would LOVE to know where it’s from…I’ve been searching online all day for one like it instead of doing my work =) (story of my life)
Your pics are AMAZING!
@ashe – LOL, you might have a hard time finding it, as Rachel MADE that necklace :)
