Tampa Bay, FL
Tyler and Kathryns wedding in Tampa was definitely unique. Â this was one of those times, when everything, lets just say, didnt go according to plan. Â ill save all of the details and just tell you that about 20 minutes before the reception was to begin, a transformer blew. Â thats right, no A/C; meaning that there would be no reprieve from the 95 degree heat and 120% humidity. Â also, there was basically no lighting as well, save for a few back up lights, and candles.
lemons.
that would be enough to knock any average bride off of her wedding day buzz. Â but not kathryn. Â she made lemonade. Â needless to say, the band couldnt play, but the piano player was able to play and in one of the more memorable moments of my wedding photography career to date, the entire wedding party, and most of the guests started dancing and singing their own song. Â Billy Joel’s Piano Man. Â They spent the rest of the night dancing and partying without lights or air conditioning, and ill bet none of the guests, and one photographer, will ever forget. A special thanks goes out to Jason Huang from Table 4 Photography for absolutely killin it with the groomsmen at this wedding. thanks man.
